Re: Exchange 2007 Mailbox Export to PST – Exclude subfolder in Inbox

Actually the problem is running while exporting all the duplicate subfolders under the INBOX…..

That does not work. I can do a normal exclude at the top level but not below. I only want to exclude the folder below but keep the parent

    @tehcamel

    Thanks for the response.

I am looking for a product to parse the txt logs into report like format. I’ve tried using Sawmill but I do not see the login/logoff times for each user. I was surprised not to find it so I assumed it does not log that data. This would be surprising to me because RADIUS is suppose to have Accounting features (AAA)

This is why I am looking for something else.

Re: GPO – Assigning Proxy Connection settings does not apply to browser

I have resolved the issue. The problem was that the Default Domain policy had settings configured under User ConfigurationInternet Explorer Maintenance…….although it did not have the proxy connection settings defined it was still overriding the manually created Proxy server policy because the container itself had policies defined in it

Looking at the User Configuration policies created at the Default Domain policy level I decided I could do without them at that level and created a separate policy for them. Once I did that I was able to use my Proxy server policy.

    Thanks for jumping in

    Re: NetBT Duplicate name event

    joeqwerty,

Yes, I am aware with 2000 (AD) clients are not dependent on Netbios. You only need it if you have Netbios enabled applications on your network or legacy clients (ie 95/98 ). My concern was just the lost of a NIC and possibly not being to resolve a name if the other NIC is not registering.

I have not seen it cause a problem either and have been ignoring but wanted to some insight since I could not determine if there was a system on the network with those IPs. I will probably just disable on of the NICs and keep on the other.

    Re: NetBT Duplicate name event

    joeqwerty,

This suggestion makes sense but if I disable Netbios/TCIP on one of the two NICs which are on separate subnets

    Lets say NIC1 uses 172.16.x.x
    NIC2 uses 10.0.x.x

If I disable NIC1 name resolution will resolve since NIC2 is enabled but if for instance NIC2 completely failed then since we do not have Netbios/TCPIP enabled on NIC1 then name resolution would not work. This is the only conflict I have wit that configuration. Let me know your thoughts

    thx
