    If I created Two Different DHCP Servers like Below;
    Plant A 192.168.0.1 To 192.168.3.254 /22 (Exclusion Range Of Plant B)
    Plant B 192.168.0.1 To 192.168.3.254 /22 (Exclusion Range Of Plant A)

    this Will Make any sense ?? OR

    Plant A 192.168.0.1 To 192.168.1.254 /22
    Plant B 192.168.2.1 To 192.168.3.254 /22

    What Should be the Configuration About Laptop; If I need to Manage reservation of Laptop users for their LAN and Wifi Network Adapter ?
    A user (laptop User) Connects the LAN Cable he Will get IP from Reservation, after 5 min if he Try to Connect with Wifi it must get new Reserved IP for (WLAN). This can be Work ?

    But If I given a Primary DNS and Secondary DNS as My Local DNS IP; the Resolution should be done from Primary then > Secondary and then to > additional DNS IP.

    Hi,
    Thanks for Valuable replies ! As I search I gone through Some Blogs, google Search, Microsoft forum too. Not found any proper answer.

    Some of the sites has mentioned like Microsoft recommends the DHCP on Domain, for Windows Server 2000 they has Facing some Problems.

    Now here in our case If We have Windos 2003 Servers As DC and ADC can I put one More Role on it ?
    DHCP Cosumes Hard Disk Space ?

    Please suggest.

    Under the Forwarders Tab.

    “All Other Domains” 8.8.8.8 and 4.2.2.2 entry is here. This is found on Both Servers.

    @wullieb1:

    Rules for DNS a rule and the policy configured from Sonicwall team.
    Now I will add ISP’s DNS address too, then I will check.

    OK, first things first: get a subscription to EventID.net. I cannot tell you how helpful this site has been in troubleshooting servers. It is easily worth the $30 per year fee (disclaimer: I am in no way affiliated with this site).

    Now, according to them, the steps to fix your initial problem are as follows:

    1. Expand “HKLMSystemCurrentControlSetServicesNtFrsParameters”
    2. Change value for “Enable Journal Wrap Automatic Restore” from 0 to 1. If the DWORD Value does not exist, create a new one with the exact spelling as above, including spaces but without the quotes.
    3. Stop the NTFRS Service (open a command prompt and type “net stop ntfrs”)
    4. Start the NTFRS Service (net start ntfrs)
    5. Monitor the File Replication Service Event Logs for events:
    • 13553 – The DC is performing the recovery process
    • 13554 – The DC is ready to pull the replica from another DC.
    • 13516 – At this point go to step 6. (the problem is resolved if you receive this event)
    6. Using a command prompt type: “net share” and look for the Netlogon and Sysvol Shares to appear. The Journal Wrap error is only fixed after the Domain Controller receives the new SYSVOL replica from a peer Domain Controller. This may take a period of time depending on where your peer DC is located and on bandwidth.
    7. Change value for “Enable Journal Wrap Automatic Restore” from 1 to 0.

    It Works !! Thanks for Your Help :razz:
