    My exchange server information :

    Exchange Server 2007
    Microsoft Corporation
    Version: 08.02.0301.000

    ProductVersion

    08.02.0305.003

Environment – windows 2008 standard running SP2 – 1 domain and 1 backup domain controller.

What is the save plan for Update Exchange 2007 to latest Service Pack and Update ?

    Save plan?

    Are you trying to
    (a) patch Exchange 2007 – if so dl the SP, backup Exchange (just in case) and install the SP
    (b) upgrade to newer version (if so, please tell us what it is)

    1-Just Upgrade from SP2 to SP3 for Exchanger server 2007 on windows 2008 standard running SP2 ,
    2-Install last Role for SP3

Its been a long time since I had to support Exchange 2007 but as I recall, it is purely a question of download the service pack and run setup – it effectively reinstalls Exchange.
The process is unlikely to cause any problems, but as with all patching, a backup should be made first “just in case”

Can you clarify “Install last role for SP3” please?

download the service pack or upgrade to service pack ? is it come sp3 individually , install , Run , restart

or upgrade exchange server setup from 8.2 to 8.3

“Can you clarify “Install last role for SP3” please? “

    I think SP3 is 25 roles for 2007

The 5 (and only 5) roles in Exchange 2007 are:
    Mailbox
    Client Access
    Hub Transport
    Edge Transport
    Unified Messaging

[EDIT] Do you mean “roll up” (interim patch between service packs)
If so, just download the rollup and install – I am pretty sure they are cumulative, but you can find out more here: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee221180(v=exchg.80).aspx
