One of my users is getting the error: “Unable to add to the server junk email list” I’ve checked his Junk Mail list but there’s not much in there, which makes me think there’s a server side list – somewhere… Anybody know where that is – or if that the correct path to go down?? Thanks James HaynesMember October 11, 2007 at 8:14 am #251589 Re: Unable to add to the server junk email list is that the end of the error message? i have seen the error that also has “Unable to add to the server Junk E-mail Lists, you are over the size allowed on the server.” but you said the list isnt that big… is it bigger than 32k? there is a 32k limit to these files… LSainsburyMember October 15, 2007 at 4:34 am #308816 Re: Unable to add to the server junk email list Hi James, Yes – what you said is the correct messages – I used the truncated version! It pops up in a dialogue box when the user logs in. His Junk Mail folder / lists had about 2 things in…hence I think it has something to do with the server side junk mail lists… Lee SembeeMember October 16, 2007 at 9:57 am #256013 Re: Unable to add to the server junk email list Moved to the Exchange 2007 forum.
