    Hi guys,

Did anybody ran into this problem when trying to run the Exchange Calendar Update Tool?
    I have Exchange 2003 Enterprise version 6.5(7638.2 build:SP2)
    Thank you.

    Florin,

Found this on the MS Exchange Team Blog

“Unable find mailbox timezone:Error 0x800004005” during time zone extraction process is not a big deal, you do not have to worry about this much.

Simply add those users into mailboxes_1.txt, tab separated, in the format of “user server timezone”. You can use Excel to make this easy (Excel is on the virtual machine that you can download from us with tools), hopefully most of your users are in the same timezone – then it becomes REALLY easy.

    Thanks for the replay.

I followed the steps Microsoft suggested under KB 930879 and got the error. Also tried a few of the “fixes” from MS Exchange Team Blog with no luck…
    I’ll try it again tomorrow.
    Cheers
