    Hi,

We are having some 2000 computers joined in domain. We have a requirement of finding the version of internet explorer in all the computers. Please suggest us how to get a list of a particular application installed with version details on these domain computers

    Regards,
    Anish

With 2000 clients, I hope you have some sort of management solution, which would probably do this for you quickly (e.g. using SCCM software inventory)

If not, there are plenty of scripts that could either be run at startup or logon through Group Policy or via remote powershell. My friend Mr :google: has quite a lot:

Hi, for free you can use Microsoft Assessment and Planning Toolkit. If you have a read of the features overview it saysit can inventory internet explorer.
