Managepc is an extremely handy and useful tool for system management for Active Directory network. According to the author, Matt,

ManagePC can inventory all aspects of PCs on AD domain including:

Hardware, Services, Software, Hot-Fixes, Processes, Local Users and Groups

Manage PC also lets user take control of PCs through familiar interfaces. Use remote desktop, VNC, reboot, start/stop services, uninstall software and more directly from the ManagePC interface. And it’s FREE!!!

ManagePC can be downloaded at http://managepc.net

    Hello,

Is this tool better than the computer managment built in tool “msinfo32” and the windwos WMI?

I will try to download this software and do some testing on it, and will post my experience when I have some time for that.

    Best regards,

At a first Glance the software looks not bad, the information given is somewhat like SMS. I will examine the software more carefully and update you if I come across any intersting part.

    Best regards,
    Mostafa
