    To: [email protected]
    Subject: Undeliverable: xxx

    Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

    Subject: xxx

    Sent: 10/28/2004 11:14 AM

    The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

    [email protected] on 10/28/2004 11:14 AM

    There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient’s email server. Please contact your system administrator.

    =======================================

    when ever he try to send an e-mail to the [email protected].

    sometimes he can send the mail to [email protected] and some other times he can’t, no change in configuration.

    The client can receive emails from outside and he can reply the e-mail back to the sender. However, when he open a new e-mail (compose) and choose a person from a contact list then send it he got the same massage.

    The server is windows 2003 sp1 with exchange 2003 + McAfee groupshield. Any ideas
