    Hello,

I have a problem that all users are having slow access to shared folders on the file server (Windows Server 2012 R2 64 Bits Standard). At first, the server was with rpc error, but the error no longer appears and continues slow access to the folders. When I reboot the server, shared folder access becomes normal, but in a few hours the access is slow again.

File Server Resource Manager finished syncing claims from Active directory and encountered erros during the sync (0x8007203a, The server is not operational).

Have you seen this – make sure your schema is up to date, but it depends on your Domain’s forest/functional level.
