    Hello all,

I am not sure if this is possible but I want to set a default saving drive and opening drive within word and excel if possible. I am using mandatory profiles and need to set the default saving drive to the users home drive which is a mapped drive letter. Is this possible?

We are running windows 2000 sp4

You didnt say which version of word, but it should be go to TOOLS–>OPTIONS–>FILE LOCATIONS and change the Documents setting

Excel is TOOLS–>OPTIONS–>GENERAL and change the Default File Location setting
