    Hello all,

I have just set-up a new 2008 R2 Terminal server for use with some new iPads we have got. I am a little confused though as it will only allow two connections at a time to it.

The server can see a license server and everything looks ok but it will only allow two to connect a one time, I have looked around the web and it seems like this is a remote desktop limitation which is fine but the sever is a terminal server with no limit connections set.

I can logon from RDP from laptops ok and have as many sessions as I like but the iPads uning a rdp client wont allow more than two. The iPads are connections via a external Ip through a port re direction.

Can anyone give me some help?

    Many thanks,
    Simon

I have looked at this http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc771694(WS.10).aspx and I have added another network card and created a new connection but it will still only allow me two sessions coming in?

Anyone got any help for me?

    Many thanks,
    Simon

    Re: Session Limit Help

    All sorted!

The blo*dy RDP app was connecting to the console everytime, there was no option to switch console off.

I have found a better app and it’s working like a charm!

    Many thanks!
