Do you have a “Red Cross” against the drive mapping?

    I can use the internet

    WHat is the client OS?
Are you sure you have to log out – very often you just ignore the cross and double click on the drive to open it

All the OS are win7 32q64
You have to logout and not double click
We have the main software installed on the server, so when it disconnected we can’t work
