    Hi,

I;m having a problem after few years the fax at the sbs was working fine the fax is not able to send to multiple recipients but when sending to one recipent a time works fine.

The problem is in all clients (xp)
The problem is when printing and when sending from the outlook
I try already to unninstall and reinstall the fax in the server and cllients but the problem stay there

    What is the next step?

Are you using an External modem? How are you sending to multiple recipients? Using outlook via “mail merger” to fax or multiple recipents on the “To” line? What is the fax syntax on the outgoing “mail”/document?

    1) External modem
    2) I try few ways, send to a group, or merging and printing.
    3) What do mean with the fax syntax?
