What are the advantanges and disadvantages of using own Windows 2003 certificate authorithy instead of Third party product Verisign. Thanks in advance Shawn m80armMember Apr 22, 2008 at 6:22 am #233584 Re: RPC over https Simon Butler (Sembee) has a great article about this: http://www.sembee.co.uk/archive/2006/03/05/9.aspx Michael SembeeMember Apr 24, 2008 at 3:18 pm #256669 Re: RPC over https As well as my article, you don’t have to go to Verisign and pay for one of their over priced certificates. I usually use RapidSSL (http://www.rapidssl.com/) or GoDaddy (http://DomainsForExchange.net) for RPC over HTTPs deployments.
