    Hi,

For implementing “RPC over HTTPS” we need a SSL certificate………….

What are the advantanges and disadvantages of using own Windows 2003 certificate authorithy instead of Third party product Verisign.

    Thanks in advance
    Shawn

Simon Butler (Sembee) has a great article about this:

As well as my article, you don’t have to go to Verisign and pay for one of their over priced certificates. I usually use RapidSSL (http://www.rapidssl.com/) or GoDaddy (http://DomainsForExchange.net) for RPC over HTTPs deployments.
