For the life of me I can’t seem to figure out how to make a policy to process users that are a member of a certain group… When I create the policy search I select “user” > “member of” > “Is Exactly” > “Groupname”

But when I search nothing comes up for users within the group. Can I not create a policy like this?

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

Just look up the attribute and the associated value you want to filter for. Member of and is (exactly) would mean you have to have a value of the format “CN=group name,OU=ou1,OU=ou2,DC=domain,DC=name”.

I would also make sure to use a universal group which is mail enabled, but not sure about this last part.
