The script you show requires a SMTP server installed on your local machine.

Use the IP address of the Exchange Server running the Edge Transport server role on your network. You don’t have to use authentication against the exchange server. You can only send to exchange e-mail addresses unless you allow relaying. The senders address doesn’t have to be an existing addres.
If you use the an external SMTP server (i.e. at your ISP) you might have to use authentication against the SMTP server.
