The company I work for is looking at implementing virualization to consolidate two computers down to one computer with the host computer used for one domain and a virtual box used for the other domain. Does virtual PC support NIC binding so that we can assign two IP addresses and use VLANs to transport traffic on the same physical media (cat5/6) and switches meanwhile keeping the traffic logically exclusive?

I am not aware of such an option …
You have to ask yourself if the switch the host is connected to allows two different LANs on the same port …
Can’t you add another NIC to the machine?
