    Dear All,

    Hoping you doing well.

Today, when I turned on my PC (P2C point of sale) Operating system (Windows 10) showing RED mark on network icon. I started troubleshooting it but it is not showing in network connections even no option of Network adapter in device Manager. Although lights are blinking on Network adapter.

I checked in Bios, it was enabled, I re-installed Windows 10 but the problem is same, I updated Bios but still it is not showing in device Manager or in a network connection.
I also set power to the maximum performance but no love.

Can anyone have a solution for it?

    Regards

    Perwani

Check your original spec to determine the NIC model. Download the driver for the NIC and install it. That should bring the NIC back.
If that fails check out this article: https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/danstolts/2010/09/how-to-find-a-lost-missing-hidden-or-removed-network-card-nic-or-other-device-and-even-remove-it/
