I use the following syntax to open 3 sites in Internet Explorer, each in another tab:

    $ie = New-Object -ComObject “InternetExplorer.Application”
    $ie.Navigate(“http://www.microsoft.com”)
    $ie.Navigate2(“http://www.google.com”, 2048 )
    $ie.Navigate2(“http://www.outlook.com”, 2048 )
    $ie.Visible = $true

The IE window is not maximized. How can I do that?
Sorry for the space after “2048”. When I don’t do that here, I get a smiley.

It would appear you are not the first to his this problem and a few seconds with your line 3 gives a link to:

It seems you need to import a system DLL and call a method there
