in my organization we are using Microsoft server 2008 R2 and we have Cisco VOIP technology
the users making calls directly from the PC by using Cisco Jaber Software
the problem is every time when the user change his password by himself or by contact our help desk team you need to change it manually in both places on the Cisco program.
if we don’t do this after some time the Cisco program stop working and the users cannot making Anny use of the phone
our ISP vendor don’t know how to resolve this problem, i am looking ho to make this process run automatically.
