Far too many unknowns to give an answer, I’m afraid
What sort of cloud computing workload?
    What sort of organisation?
What is the impact measured against – a person, a business, the world….?

When adopting a cloud strategy, there are typically 4 KPIs that you need to consider:

    • Improving reliability
    • Accelerating agility
    • Increasing compliance
    • Improving data privacy

Sorry, but those may be goals, but definitely are not KPIs, which need to be far more specific and measurable.

    Hi,

I wanted Key performance Areas for evaluating or measure the success of my cloud investment. For instance – ROI calculations are one of them. Similarly, what can be other important KPI’s to consider as the list of KPI’s is quite exhaustive.

let’s consider four common types of cloud KPIs.

    1) Service KPIs
    2) Customer/user KPIs
    3) Cost KPIs
    4) Infrastructure KPIs
