Please what happens if I install a legitimate copy of Windows XP now that MS no longer support it any more. Would I still be able to register it online?

Also would I be allowed to install any updates at all such as a SP ?

    Thanks

No issues with installing or activating/registering it, and as far as I know, while no NEW updates are being released, old updates are still completely available

Yes you can still install and activate Windows XP. All updates released PRIOR to End of Support will still be available, including all service packs.
