    Incoming maiflow Stuck.

    When we try to telnet hub transort on 25 port following error gives:

    421 4.3.2 Service not available, closing transmission channel

    HUB is refusing all incomming mails …….

    What are the possible causes for same.

    1. Check the connection with the AD & mailbox role servers
    2. Run the EXBPA and search for the problem.

    Run the following script

    Test-ServiceHealth

    Did you cheack the Application logs?

    Also, look at the Exchange 2007 Toolbox and use the ExTRA tools to troubleshoot mailflow problems. Do you currently see all your mail in the Queue?

    Do a Netstat -a. Does it show port 25 as listening?
