When I try to download a program, I jusst get into this never-ending circle. Do you want to run or save this file? I choose RUN. Do you want to run this program? I choose YES then I get an OPEN WITH window – my only option is Internet Explorer. Then it just starts over. I also get the same message when I first open Internet Exolorer. there are other little annoying things – like you have to actually click in the browser address box before it will let you type. this all happened after my wonderful husband downloaded – and paid for – some bogus software that the computer kept telling us we needed. I’m sure it is a virus of some sort. I’ve run AdAware and AVG. I cannot download any files, so I haven’t run any other virus scans.
