I’m planning to build a PC, and as with any build, I have budget constraints. Windows 10 takes up a large chunk of that – it cost around £100. However, I can get a free copy of Server 2016 through Microsoft Imagine.

How different would the day to day experience and performance be? What consumer oriented features would be missing?

If it helps, I plan to use it mainly for programming, CAD work and a bit of gaming.

    Thanks in advance!
