A few days ago, when I was playing some game emulator of Apknite on the computer then my computer was broken because there was a storm and since the audio controller for my 3.5mm output jack active (there is a productivity sign with an exclamation mark in device manager). When I check the properties, it indicates that the device cannot start (Code 10). I tried disabling and re-enabling the device, rebooting, but so far nothing has worked. Is there any idea how I can reset this controller to a usable state and start listening to the audio from the PC again?

Try removing the device in Device Manager. Restart Windows and it should automatically be detected and reinstalled. It might help.
