GPO not applying

    Hi Guys,

    I am having some problems with a GPO that I have created. Its a simple GPO that adds a site to the local Intranet site as trusted. This GPO was initially applied to an OU but was later changed and added to the entire domain. Once it was changed it stopped working and I see the following message on the GPO-

    Display names for some settings cannot be found. You might be able to resolve this issue by updating the .ADM files using Group Policy Management

    I am a newbie with GP. Could someone please shed some light on this?

    Hi,

    Afaik this happens when GPMC can’t see where the ADM file is as it is not on the sysvol folder nor on the local machine.
    How are you using GPMC? have you got the management console installed on a client machine?
