    Setting meetings in OUTLOOK mail server with Exchange
    Determined a date to multiple recipients receive the number of recipients an hour moving meetings from the source.
    Secretary considers the sharing calendars see properly coordinated meetings and at those who jumped.
    What causes and how to fix?

    What Outlook? What Exchange?

    Is everyone in the same timezone? Is everyone’s timezone set correctly?

    server 2003 exchange 2003 SP2 outlook 2007/2010

    all users in same time zone

    Ok, and the Outlook version and if everyone has their timezone set correctly?

    all users in time zone GMT +2 (jerusalem)
    (by policy)
