    [SIZE=14px]I am trying to add another mail account in my outlook 2016. i am getting this error (Logon to Exchange Active Sync mail server(EAS): The server cannot be found. my device is not in the same domain.[/SIZE][/h]

    A bit more information needed….
    Is your computer in the same domain as the Exchange server?
    Is it able to connect to it?
    How it is connecting?

    Have you tried any of the troubleshooting at http://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com?
