With Exchange 2003 I was able to use the Exmerge utility to do this. I can’t find a solution for Exchange 2010. I can use new-mailboxexportrequest and create pst files by date for the three folders and that works fine but doesn’t allow me to delete the emails after they have been moved. I can use the search-mailbox command to delete the emails by date, but that doesn’t have a folder option. How can I move old emails from specific folders to a pst file and then delete them? Many thanks! tehcamelModerator April 5, 2013 at 7:28 pm #359219 Re: Exchange 2010 deleting old messages export-mailbox ?
