    Hi Everybody,

Thank you for the time you take to support people on forums!!!

We recently (couple of weeks or so) lost synchronization between AD and GAL. We are adding or changing users in AD, and the changes are not getting to our Outlook Address Books.

Restarting the Microsoft Exchange System Attendant service had no effect.

Exchange 2003 lists the following entries under the Even Viewer/Application:

    Event Type: Warning
    Event Source: MSExchangeIS Public Store
    Event Category: Replication Errors
    Event ID: 3092

I woul dcheck the Public Folders database(s) which is where the Offline address book is stored. Make sure the stores are up and mounted, there should be no max size configured for System Folders.
