We are using MS Outlook as email client with ISP mail server. If someone has already forwarded corporate emails to his/her personal account and deleted the tracks from sent items etc, is there any way to track them? At least some log files to show the proof of email being forwarded to external account?

Are you using an exchange server??

If you are then the tracking logs will show what has been sent to a particular email account.

If not exchange, you could ask the iSP if they have email logs, but you’re not likely to get very far.
