Suppose there are 2(A,B) routers which are connected to each other through a Lease Line. Both routers are reachable to each other. In normal scenario I can telnet nto B through A by writing the IP in A router and Enter. But in one case, I am not able to telnet through this procedure until I write “telnet x.x.x.x” i.e i have to mention “telnet”.

Please tell why I am not able to telnet into Router B without mentioning “telnet” command
