    Hi All,

I wonder if some can help me here please.

A group of people in my company is going to work spreadly, so they required a new email etc but they will be using same exchange and dc.

Now every thing has been setup for them but for the outlook calanders permissions for everyone is been setup default reviewer.

What we need is actually change it globally so they don’t have access to everyone’s calander. See attached image for further understandings…

Can sone one please advise if is there a way we can do this globally? or is it has to be done individually from all the users?

Use PFDAVADMIN. You can change the set global permissions for calenders from there.

Although just be aware that there is nothing you can do to stop the users from removing the permission. It cannot be enforced from the server.

    Simon.
