A group of people in my company is going to work spreadly, so they required a new email etc but they will be using same exchange and dc. Now every thing has been setup for them but for the outlook calanders permissions for everyone is been setup default reviewer. What we need is actually change it globally so they don’t have access to everyone’s calander. See attached image for further understandings… Can sone one please advise if is there a way we can do this globally? or is it has to be done individually from all the users? scurlaruntingsMember May 26, 2011 at 12:30 am #325079 Re: Changing Calander’s Default Permissions Use PFDAVADMIN. You can change the set global permissions for calenders from there. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?familyid=635be792-d8ad-49e3-ada4-e2422c0ab424&displaylang=en SembeeMember May 26, 2011 at 5:53 am #260293 Re: Changing Calander’s Default Permissions Although just be aware that there is nothing you can do to stop the users from removing the permission. It cannot be enforced from the server. Simon. Author Posts Viewing 3 posts - 1 through 3 (of 3 total) You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
