I have an SBS 2008. I just installed rollup 9 and since then (i ‘m not sure if there is a relation with this), i can’t receive external email.

When i used the mail flow troubleshouter’ i receive this:

Mail submission failed: Error message: Server does not support secure connections”

Well. It is what it says in the error message. You have to set up your mail with secure credentials. You will probably need to buy yourself a valid public certificate. I have used certificates from DigiCert. They have a great tutorial who tells you how to do it. It’s very simple.

    Good luck:-o

Odd that incoming mail requires secure connections.
Check you do not have TLS enabled

Thank you for your fast answer.

Oddly, mail sarted to arrive without any intervention of myself.

Because mail that arrive to my domain are relayed from my isp (for secure reason), i suppose that the problem was from the relaying, i’m not sure.

Anyway, it works again so again’ thank you very much
