Hi all need some help with a sbs2003 r2. I relocated this server from a business site to a home address. There was no static ip so I setup a dyndns account-setup in the router and resolved fine. When I setup a vpn connection from a remote site the vpn connector is successful but I cannot browse the internet, on the pc running the vpn client.

Can anyone advise as to where best to start troubleshooting??. The server has been running vpn connection for years but since the move I’m getting internet access problems. Been trying to resolve this for the last three days….Thanks in advance.

Its nothing to do with the server, rather go to the VPN network adaptor.
Right click, properties, networking tab, select Internet protocol, click properties button, click advanced button, uncheck “Use Default gateway on remote network”
Click ok all the way out.
