    Hi all,

    I have an address book in my network but the problem is it is very difficult to get to that list. (public folders/main phone book/mylist....)

    I would like to move that phone book to the main list (by the inbox etc...).
    Also this should be the default configuration...

    For reasons that we don't need to go into, we have some users who have left the company but still need access to their mailbox to finalize some sales deals. My problem is that I would like to hide them from the global address list but still allow them access as well as delegate access to those accounts....

    I am thinking of switching our email client at our organisation to Outlook 2003 (we already have Office installed). We do not use Exchange, but use Mercury32.
