        about you're question:
        Afaik it's not possible.
You can make a script or something or use a third party software..

why do you want it to do it from dos? A gui makes life maybe easier.

            does the folder structure change?

ive make a script that robocopy copys all files with the attribite A (archive) to d:\data\1

then my ftp script starts and uploads evrything thats in d:\data\1 to an other location over the internet when its done with upping than the script removes all files and dirs in d:\data\1 and after 2hrs it checks again for all files with attribute A.

Put, Send and Mput only copy files, not the directory sturcture so no sub directories either. A simple way around this, assuming you need to maintain the file/directory structure is to compress the files using winrar or winzip and make it include the files+directory stucture then decompress it on the other side. Just add this step to your script. It's easier and you'll only need to send 1 file.
