If this is Server 2003, I have seen it before - a (server) reboot cures it
I think the cause is a memory leak somewhere

Read the last 8 characters of each line to make up the error.

Yes the problem is with Windows 2003 Server, in Last Two days it came 4-5 time,

How to find Memory Leak ? I Read on Memory Leak issues; found some problems because of Antivirus, same I updated to My AV support Team they suggested for file replacement of there Application.

After Doing Still Problem occurred !

Not sure on the cause - I had (recently retired) a couple of SBS 2003 boxes which did this about once a week, so it was "oh no, not again" and reboot rather than attempt to fix

I would also recommend getting your NIC drivers up to date.
