  • Register .DLL in VBScript

How do you register a .dll using VBScript?

I only have this so far:

    regsvr32.exe c:\windows\system32\"".dll
    wscript.echo "All Done"

    Re: Register .DLL in VBScript

A messy way of doing it would be:

    Code:
    Dim objShell
    Set objShell = CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
    objShell.Run "regsvr32.exe c:\windows\system32\whatever.dll"
I cant see a way of doing it 'properly' in VB script though so this maybe the only way. Im sure others may have ideas....
