  • How to output certain fields in a wmi query

I want to get a list of all mailboxes of a certain size in a certain storage group and output the LegacyDN field to a text file.

    How do I do that?

    My query string is
    Code:
    select * from Exchange_Mailbox where StoreName = "storeName" AND Size > 1000000
    Thanks.

Take a look at MSDN documentation. Instead of select * from... , try select legacyDN from... form. You could as well do a select * from and iterate through all the fields, but the way depends on which scripting language you are using.

If creating a text file is the hard part, take a look on another an article.
