    Hi All,

    I got this tool to run and write to a log file but i want to do this every day and if possible email to me how do i do this?

    AUDITLOG [username | session] [/BEFORE:mm/dd/yy] [/AFTER:mm/dd/yy]
    [/WRITE:filename | [/TIME | /FAIL | /ALL | /DETAIL]] [/EVENTLOG:filename]
    AUDITLOG /CLEAR[:backup_log_file_name]

    username Specifies a user for which to produce a report.
    session Specifies a session name for which to produce a report.
    /BEFORE:mm/dd/yy Report on activity only before mm/dd/yy.
    /AFTER:mm/dd/yy Report on activity only after mm/dd/yy.
    /WRITE:filename Send output to file filename.
    /TIME Report logon/logoff times. Not used with /fail or /detail.
    /FAIL Report failed logons. Not used with /time or /all.
    /ALL Report all logon/logoff activity. Not used with /fail.
    /DETAIL Detailed report of all activity. Not used with /time.
    /EVENTLOG:filename Use filename as input to AUDITLOG.
    /CLEAR:filename Clear event log. Save old log as filename.

    Hi, Cosy.
    Is this process going to run on a local machine, or do you want to run it remote? And should it be started in the morning and closed in the evening?
    You can easily start and stop services using PSTools suite, by SysInternals. Great tools.
    And to send mail from CMD files, I suggest you BMail.
    If I had more info, I could help you more. But hope the info so far helped.

      HI

      I just want to run once at midnight everyday on my citrix server and send the email or save to the server.

      ATM i just run D:\>auditlog /WRITE:date.txt and getting this info but i want to schedule.




      User, Logon Type, Logon Date, Logon Time, Logoff Type, Logoff Date, Logoff Time, Connection Time

        Schedule the task to run on the Citrix server whenever you want and use BMail (the link in my previous reply) to send the date.txt file to your e-mail account. You have the file saved on the server, if I understood right the way auditlog works.
