    How can i copy vm from the server\ vsphere to my local hard drive?

    How about power off the vm then browse the datastore to where it is and then copy all the files where your vm is stored to your hard disk.

      Why do you want to do this? What are you trying to achieve?

            Some people might want to do this, if they are moving a server from shared storage (temp measure) to local storage.

            A lot of the smaller players use local storage, because it's less complex, cheaper and really, a lot of the smaller businesses don't need vMotion and the extras like that (not saying all)

            Anyhow, you do not need FileZilla, just browse the data store.

            More importantly, if you do not know what we are talking about, I would do a bit more research before playing around. I hope this is not a live system.
