      Ok, I'm lost...
You re talking about ESXi, VMware Server and Windows 7.

What are you trying to do?
Do you want to share the Windows 7 Virtual clients amongst 5 users?

VMware Server is administered using a web browser.

Google "vmware server documentation", click on the top result, download the "VMware Server User's Guide" - I would just post the direct URL but as a forum newbie I can't...

The Question is what else I should do to my client computer so it can use the windows 7 in the server.. My client is not installed with any OS

Sorry but you will have to explain some more.

Let me see if I understand correctly - You have a "server" installed with ESXi.
On that you installed a "client" (the correct term would be guest) - Windows 7.

You would like to manage/connect to your Windows 7 Guest from your dekstop computer?

Re: can u help me with vmware Exsi hypervisor

If I read this correctly the OP is asking how he gains access to his VM once created.
I'm not a VMWare person but I presume it will be either
                  Via a web interface
                  or
                  Via an RDP client

If so, the OP will need some sort of OS able to run a browser or remote desktop. Can a proper expert please confirm this?

Re: can u help me with vmware Exsi hypervisor

If he has ESXi installed he can install the vSphere Client and connect directly to the ESXi host and he will be able to manage the VM that way.

All you need to do is browse to http://esxiserver

Lets remember that Windows 7 doesn't ahve RDP enabled by default.

So the OP needs a client system with some sort of web browser and nothing more?
Does this allow him/her to make use of the virtual OS too, or only to manage it?

                        Yep.

When he uses the web interface he can connect to the console, which is basically like sitting at a keyboard and mouse, and manage and use the VM.
