      ok.. but i dont have another storage how can i do this option...
      there is any command line option

        You don't have a central and a local storage environment?
        This is truely the eaiest way..

        Other option is using the service console and issue a command like this:
        vmkfstools -i original.vmdk -d thin -a adapter_type newthindiskname.vmdk
        However make sure that you use the same adapter as the current one.
