  • How to Change the Observer IP Range in ESX 3.5

    Hello,

I have 2 networks configured on each NIC in my ESX 3.5 server.

The first is external and the second internal.

The issue is that the ESX recognizes the Internal network with less IPs than i really have.
I did not configured it to use this network.

How can i change the Observer IP Range in the ESX server ?

    Thanks

Can you please be specific as to how you see that

"the ESX Server recognizes the Internal network with less IPs than i really have."

      Hi,
I attached a print of the Netwotk Adapters from the ESX.
i am using a 255.255.255.0 subnet, and i have IPs working on the network with 192.168.25.60 and more.

But, as you can see on the print, it recognizes only range from 192.168.25.1-25. This way i can not configure IPs on the VMs that are greater than 25.

      Please advice.

      Thanks

The 'observed ranges' are just that -> observations.

They don't restrict you from doing anything. Try it.
