  • Issues after enabling SSH on ESXi

    Dear forum Experts,

please help me to fix this issue: on the freshly installed ESXi 4 I've tried to
    enable SSH. My steps were:
    Alt-F1
    "unsupported"
    provided root password
vi /etc/inetd.conf and removed "#" from SSH TCP line
    ps | grep inetd
    kill -HUP that inetd process

After all this... I've lost all network connectivity on that box...
Could you please help me with ideas: how this can be fixed ?

    thank you
    regards,
