  • Disaster Recovery con VMWare

    Hello everyone!!!

This is my first post on this forum. I have a problem: this is the situation:

    - 16 ESX 3.5

    - SAN

    - 50 VMs

I must implement a disaster recovery solution, but i don't know which is the correct way: two site with 8 ESX in cluster, SAN replication, ecc... or what?

    Any suggestion? Links? Book?

Thanks! The request is very urgent!

Do you already have another site?
How far away is the DR site from the primary site?
What kind of circuit connects the two sites?
Will the circuit always be live, or only brought online for testing or recovery?
