    that was actually a very helpful article. ive been dealing with a large scale deployment of windows XP to 7 in our county. all 16,000 computers need to be upgraded and i had to do a lot of working with that WIM image to get the computers to work right with the deployment as they are not all identical laptops...

    i spent a lot of time at the imageX command line and this would have been very helpful.

    now, i see how i could have done that much more friendly and efficiently with the methods described in that article.
