  • Converting an ESX Windows Server 2012 VM to Hyper-V 2012?

So I have a Windows Server 2012 Datacenter VM on an ESXi 5.0 update 1 server that I want to move over to a Hyper-V 2012 server. I tried the Microsoft Virtual Machine Converter, but when I got to the summary page before completion in the wizard, it tells me that the guest operating system is not supported...??!?!?! (How does this software not support server 2012, when that is what it's dumping it to?) I did some research on the web, but nothing was forthcoming for this particular scenario. Any suggestions on how I do this?

The VM in question is reasonably large, approx 100GB, and it is a production VM hosting TFS/Sharepoint, so its downtime needs to be minimal. Please help me if you can! Thanks!
